Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center
The 44th Annual RAMP Conference will be held at The Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel and Conference Center, 3405 Lenox Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30326. The contemporary hotel is located in Atlanta’s Buckhead district, near Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, Buckhead Village, the Atlanta History Center, the Governor’s Mansion, Buckhead Village District, and Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park.

The Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center is located off I-85, approximately 19 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and eight miles from downtown Atlanta. The hotel offers on-site paid parking, a rental car desk, EV chargers, and access to the nearby Lenox MARTA Station.
The property features 352 non-smoking guest rooms and suites, free Wi-Fi for Wyndham Rewards members, flat-screen HDTVs with premium channels, plush bedding, room service, Lenox Bar and Grill, an outdoor pool, gym and athletic club, convenience store, gift shop, laundry facilities, allergy-friendly accommodations, concierge service, and a 24/7 front desk.
Conference Hotel Room Rate
The RAMP conference guest room rate is $109.00 per night plus tax for a king/double bed. Rates are for single or double occupancy and include in-room Wi-Fi for Wyndham Rewards members. The hotel will honor the conference rate three (3) days before and after the conference dates.
Reservations should be made as soon as possible and no later than Thursday, January 21, 2027. After that date, reservations will be based on availability and the hotel’s then-current available rate.

RAMP participants may also contact the hotel at 404-566-6383 and reference the RAMP Conference. A major credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Guests needing special accommodations should request them when making the reservation.
The conference rate is subject to availability within the RAMP group room block and will no longer be available after Thursday, January 21, 2027.
Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and car rental services are available at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Discounted overnight valet parking is $40.00 plus tax. Day/local attendee parking is $25.00 per day plus tax.

Checks: Please make all registration checks payable to RAMP.
Cancellations: A $50 charge applies to cancellations received in writing before Jan 18, 2027. No refunds will be allowed after Jan 18, 2027.
